Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Infinity Leads is a trading name of Tetrahedron Group Ltd, a New Zealand company (GST 148-106-118, NZBN 9429053478474). This policy explains what personal information we collect through infinityleads.co.nz, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you register your trade business through the form on our join page. That form asks for your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, the service you provide, your service area, and any notes you choose to add.
Alongside your form answers we record technical information about the visit that produced the enquiry: the page URL and path, the page you first landed on, the referring website, your browser user agent, the time of submission, and any advertising click identifiers or campaign tags present in the URL (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, and utm_* parameters). These are stored in your browser when you arrive and submitted with the form so we can tell which marketing brought you to us.
We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identifiers, or health information. Please do not include them in the notes field.
Why we collect it
To respond to your registration, to assess demand for trades and regions we do not yet cover, and to decide which industries to build sites for next. The technical information is used to measure which marketing channels work, not to build a profile of you as an individual.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored in our own business management system and is accessible to Tetrahedron Group Ltd staff. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who host or process it on our behalf, and where the law requires it.
If you use the industry picker on the join page, you are sent to the relevant site in the Infinity Leads network to complete your registration there. Any campaign identifiers in your URL are carried across so the destination site can attribute the visit. Nothing you have typed is transferred, because the picker does not submit anything.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and device type. We also store your first-touch campaign details in your browser's local storage so an enquiry can be attributed to the marketing that produced it.
You can block or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. The site works without them, though we lose the ability to attribute your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep registration enquiries for as long as they are useful for assessing demand and for any ongoing commercial relationship, and then delete or de-identify them. We do not keep personal information longer than we have a lawful purpose for.
Accessing and correcting your information
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. We do not publish a phone number or email address: every enquiry, including a privacy request, comes through the form on our join page. Note in the message that it is a privacy request and we will respond within 20 working days, as the Act requires.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
