Our promise
A marketplace only works if both sides trust it, and the fastest way to lose a trade business is to sell them a lead three of their competitors already have. Everything below is about our own conduct, which means all of it is true today rather than aspirational.

An enquiry goes to one business. It is not resold to four of your competitors, and you are not racing three other quotes to the phone. This is the entire reason the network exists, and it is the first thing we would break if we ever got greedy, so it is written here where you can hold us to it.

You pay for leads and nothing else. There is no subscription running whether you get work or not, no minimum term, and no five figure territory purchase before you start. Stop taking leads whenever you like; nothing follows you out the door.

Wrong number, wrong trade, wrong island, or an enquiry that was never real. Tell us within five working days and it is credited. We would rather carry the cost of a bad match than argue with you about it, because you leaving costs us far more.

Enquiries arrive with the work described, the property type, the location and how urgent it is, because our forms ask for that before they ask for a phone number. You are quoting a job, not cold calling a name.
You will not spend the following week fielding calls from companies you never contacted. That is the deal on the consumer side of every site in this network.
Providers pay for the enquiry, not for placement. There is no premium tier that buys a better position, and we take no share of the job you agree with them.
We do not do the work. Every job in this network is carried out by an independent business under its own name, its own licensing and its own contract.
We cannot guarantee that a lead converts. We can tell you what the enquiry says and that nobody else was sold it. What happens on the phone after that is your business, not ours.
We are not a franchise. There is no brand you are buying into, no uniform, no territory map, and no support structure beyond the leads themselves. If you want that, a franchise is a legitimate thing to want, and it is not what this is.
A promise that only ever flatters the business making it is worth nothing.
